Undergraduate student Harry Scott takes second place at the IMechE “Speak Out for Engineering” competition

Each year the Institute of Mechanical Engineers hosts its “Speak Out for Engineering” competition, where engineers and engineering students must present their work to a lay audience. My final-year-project student Harry Scott competed this year, presenting his work on modelling the evaporation of drug-containing droplets in pharmaceutical sprays. Despite being the only undergraduate student in the competition, Harry took second place, delivering an outstanding presentation.
